John R. Hall, PE, F.NSPE, is president and owner of Ludovici & Orange Consulting Engineers in Coral Gables, Florida, a civil engineering and surveying practice. He began his career with the firm in 1973 while attending the University of Miami. Hall is an advocate for integrating engineering in the K-12 curriculum. While serving as president of the Florida Engineering Society, he championed the formation of a committee to encourage engineers to get involved in their local schools.
