The Engineers Joint Contract Documents Committee (EJCDC) produces a comprehensive suite of contract documents for construction projects. This presentation will provide an overview of EJCDC in general, with a more focused look at the recently released Construction Series documents. Changes in the 2018 documents will be showcased with background information on the drivers for these changes.
