I was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio. I graduated from UT and worked for Toledo Edison as an electrical engineer from 1975 until 1996.
In 1998, I became a founding partner in Sigma Technologies.
In 2001, I moved to Jackson Michigan and worked for Commonwealth Associates, Inc., specializing in underground electric power design.
In 2022, I moved back to Toledo and retired.
Since 2001, I have been active in the Michigan Society of Professional Engineers (MSPE) serving as the State President and the President of the Jackson Chapter.
I have also been active at the National level serving as the Region 4 Director.
I have been honored to be named a Fellow by both MSPE and NSPE. I am a life member of NSPE.
I hope to continue to contribute now that I am back in Toledo, Ohio.
I am a Senior Life Member of IEEE and have be active in the Insulated Conductors Committee(ICC) as a working group chair for an IEEE Standard on underground cable.
In 2025, my wife Beverly and I will celebrate out 50th wedding anniversary.
I enjoy cooking, reading Sci-Fi and spending time with our grandchildren.
