Kevin Ulrey is a Construction Director with Parsons and has been working on Southern Nevada Water Authority projects for the last 25 years. Kevin is the Program Manager for Parsons efforts on the Southern Nevada Water Authority’s Major Capital Construction Projects where Parsons provides Program and Construction Management services. Kevin has over 30 years of experience in the industry and has been fortunate to work on several world class projects at SNWA including the new Intake #3 and the Low Lake Level Pumping Station (L3PS).
