Mr. Brown has over 17 years of environmental engineering experience. He earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Florida, and a M.S. in Environmental Engineering and Science from the Whiting School of Engineering at Johns Hopkins University. He is licensed as a professional engineer in Florida, Louisiana and Nevada.
Mr. Brown has practiced environmental engineering in the private sector at chemical and aircraft manufacturing facilities, and served for 9 years as an environmental engineer in public service. He has expertise in environmental permitting, environmental compliance management, environmental health / sanitary engineering, environmental due diligence, environmental reporting, plan review, interpretation of environmental regulations / policies, and environmental compliance mediation. He is a member of the American Chemical Society, Engineers Without Borders USA, and the National Society of Black Engineers.
