Jarvis Hand, PE is a licensed Professional Engineer in Indiana, Florida, and Virginia and a founding partner of Form, Function, Integrity | Engineering Solutions. With over a decade of experience, Jarvis brings a diverse portfolio of infrastructure, bridge, water/wastewater, and structural design projects across Indiana and beyond. His expertise includes leading INDOT bridge inspections, vertical structure design, and delivering QA/QC for complex civil and structural projects. Known for combining creative solutions with technical precision, Jarvis is passionate about ethical engineering, sound design, and public infrastructure improvement.
On the personal side, Jarvis has been involved in a variety of ministries ranging from youth camps, weekend retreats, and weekly church services. Jarvis enjoys spending time with his wife, Abigail, and his growing family. He loves spending time outdoors and building things for friends and family.
