Mr. Tiller is an accomplished senior executive with proven technical and business acumen. He has excelled in a variety of supervisory and management positions, including: VP of Engineering for Advanced Technical Products (formerly Brunswick Defense), Senior Engineering Manager for General Dynamics, and President of Hexagon Lincoln (formerly Lincoln Composites). He is a successful technical manager with a diverse engineering background who has demonstrated outstanding results in strategic planning, mergers, capital investment, project management, operations management, business development, and problem solving. Mr. Tiller has broad experience within a variety of organizations and markets. As an engineer and technical manager, he led the development and introduction of new "enabling" products in the aerospace, automotive and energy fields. As an executive, he guided the growth of a start-up business, increased sales by five-fold ($7M to $45M) over a five-year period while enhancing performance, improving product quality, reducing costs, and growing sales and EBIT each year. Mr. Tiller holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MS in Systems Engineering. He holds multiple patents associated with filament wound pressure vessels and injection molding, and is an award winning author with several technical papers to his credit. Mr. Tiller was among the individuals singled out by the Commander of Naval Sea Systems Command for his role in designing and developing the Launcher and Composite Torpedo Canister, key elements of the Navy's Surface Ship Torpedo Defense (SSTD) System. The team he led in the development of these produces was also awarded the coveted TIBBETTS award for innovation of high technology. Mr. Tiller is the Senior Principal of his consulting firm as well as the VP of Engineering at Pacific Engineering, Inc. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Nebraska.
