Coy Veach, P.E., CCM Vice President, serves as senior consultant for the construction management practice at Freese and Nichols. He has an extensive background in construction management, construction contracting, and risk management and is a recognized subject matter leader in project delivery methodologies. Coy serves as delegate on the Engineers Joint Contract Documents Committee and chairs a new subcommittee charged with developing a series of documents for construction management services and the construction manager at risk project delivery system.
